Repositioning a legacy

Veco Plus is a cloud-based CRM and property management platform built for estate and lettings agents. Previously operating under the legacy brand Veco by Eurolink, the business had a strong foundation, but its digital presence no longer reflected the product it had become.

With over 30 years of innovation and more than 2,000 agency branches using the platform, Veco had established trust in the market. But as the business evolved into a modern SaaS offering, it needed a brand collateral refresh and website that could match that progression.

This was not a simple redesign. It was a digital relaunch. We worked with Veco to reposition their marketing channels, refine its messaging, and build a high-performing website designed to generate qualified leads and support long-term growth.

While the product had evolved, the brand and website still reflected its legacy roots. Messaging was feature-heavy, positioning was unclear, and the experience did not speak directly to the decision-makers driving software adoption within estate agencies.
