Project Overview

Modernising digital infrastructure to unlock global growth

Anetic Aid is a trusted manufacturer of medical equipment, supplying surgical trolleys, operating tables, and tourniquets to healthcare providers worldwide. While the business had built a strong international reputation, its digital platform was no longer keeping pace.

The website was running on an outdated version of Statamic, with separate platforms for the UK and US. Content was fragmented, management was inefficient, and the quoting experience created unnecessary friction for both customers and internal teams.

We partnered with Anetic Aid to modernise their platform, unify their global infrastructure, and redesign the quoting journey. The goal was clear: create a website that supports growth across markets and turns demand into measurable revenue.

The result was a 40.6% increase in online sales within 12 months.

The Challenge

Fragmented systems and friction in the buying journey

The existing setup created complexity at every level. Separate regional sites meant duplicated effort, inconsistent content, and limited scalability. Internally, this slowed down updates and made it harder to maintain a unified brand experience.

For customers, the biggest challenge was quoting. The process was restrictive, time-consuming, and not aligned with how buyers actually specify and procure equipment. It also prevented users submitting multiple products in one quote.

The opportunity was to simplify both sides. Reduce operational overhead internally, while creating a faster, more intuitive experience for users.

The Solution

A connected platform built for scale and conversion

We rebuilt the platform with a focus on performance, usability, and long-term scalability.

At the core was a move to a single, unified system. This allowed Anetic Aid to manage all regions, content, and languages from one place, while delivering a consistent experience to users worldwide.

Alongside this, we redesigned key user journeys to remove friction and support faster decision-making. Every interaction was shaped around how customers actually browse, configure, and request products.

The result is a platform that works as both an operational tool and a commercial engine.

Removing friction to drive sales

The quoting experience was completely rethought.

We redesigned the journey to allow users to build and submit multi-product quotes with ease, reducing complexity and saving time. For lower-value orders, instant quoting functionality was introduced, allowing users to move faster without unnecessary steps.

Behind the scenes the system automatically created sent requests to the sales time with the pricing pre-calculated for them. This ensures every enquiry is captured, tracked, and acted on efficiently.

The impact is clear. A smoother user experience, reduced internal workload, and a 40.6% increase in online sales within the first year.

Multilingual

A single platform for a global business

We migrated Anetic Aid from a fragmented setup into a single Statamic V4 multisite.

This enables centralised content management across several regions, reducing duplication and significantly improving efficiency. Updates can now be made once and applied globally, ensuring consistency across every market.

We also introduced additional language support, including German, French, Spanish and Italian, making the platform more accessible to distributors and clinicians worldwide, and ready to scale into new regions as the business grows.

Scalability

Built for long-term growth

Upgrading from Statamic V2 to V5 was not just a technical improvement. It was a strategic investment in performance and scalability.

We removed the reliance on a custom database by implementing a flat-file architecture that improves speed, reduces maintenance, and lowers hosting complexity. The platform is lean, secure, and easier to manage over time.

On the front end, every element was optimised for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. The site meets WCAG AA standards and delivers a consistent experience across devices.

The result is a platform that is faster, more reliable, and ready to support future growth.

Partnership

Built together, designed to perform

This was a collaborative process from the outset. Every decision, from CMS structure to quoting logic, was shaped around Anetic Aid’s internal workflows and the needs of their customers.

The result is not just a website, but a platform tailored to how the business operates.

With scalable infrastructure in place, Anetic Aid is now equipped to expand into new markets, launch new products, and continue improving performance over time.
