Wilson Power Solutions has addressed this with the e4 Ultimate Low Loss Amorphous® Transformer, setting a new benchmark for performance and sustainability. The challenge was to communicate this innovation in a way that resonates beyond engineering specifications.

We focused on making the impact visible. By translating technical performance into clear outcomes such as reduced energy loss, lower emissions, and long-term cost savings, the platform positions Wilson Power Solutions not just as a manufacturer, but as a strategic partner in decarbonisation.

From technical detail to commercial clarity

To support this shift, we developed a bespoke carbon and payback calculator that allows users to quantify the value of upgrading their transformers.

By inputting variables such as transformer size, load factor, age, and energy costs, users can see a clear projection of both financial savings and carbon reduction. This transforms what is often a complex, technical decision into a straightforward business case.

Rather than relying on abstract claims, Wilson Power Solutions can now demonstrate measurable impact. This not only builds trust, but also helps accelerate decision-making across commercial and sustainability teams.

Scalability

The platform was designed with long-term growth in mind. Built on a flexible Statamic CMS, it gives the Wilson Power Solutions team full control over content while remaining lightweight and fast.

We restructured the site architecture to support multiple audiences without adding complexity. Navigation was redesigned around user intent, making it easier to explore technical content whether the user is specifying products, advising clients, or managing procurement.

We also introduced a postcode-based sales manager finder, allowing users to quickly connect with the right regional expert. It is a simple addition, but one that strengthens the link between digital experience and real-world engagement.
